Ricky Wesley: MSDT Instructor and Dive Center Manager

Ricky Wesley, diving royalty, is currently on a sabbatical but is still very much a part of the Seagrape Plantation Resort family! We eagerly anticipate his return to the island soon. As the grandson of the owner, Ricky carries on a family legacy that began in 1994. A true Roatan native, his connection to the island's waters is as deep as if it were his birthright. His passion for diving ignited in childhood, leading him to become a scuba diving trainer in 2012. Over the years, he's become a master navigator of the vibrant Roatan reefs. Island tourists know him as one of the top guides around, and his expertise is sure to make any dive unforgettable. Ricky's aspiration remains to make Seagrape the finest dive shop on the island, a testament to his family's legacy and his lifelong love for the underwater world.

Rachel, Dive Shop Operations Manager

Rachel Wesley isn't just the dive shop operstions manager at Seagrape Plantation Resort, she's also a certified dive master. Having started in 2009 at the resort, co-owned by her family, it's more than just a workplace - it's a legacy." Combined her love of family and work: "A proud member of the Wesley family, Rachel thrives on being part of the family business. She cherishes the opportunity to combine her love for her family with her passion for the underwater world."

Kevin Rankin - Dive Master

Kevin Rankin brings his passion for the underwater world to Seagrape as a seasoned Dive Master. Kickstarting his career in 2016, Kevin's love for the ocean, particularly the vibrant reefs and marine life, has fueled his dedication to the diving community. Originally from Oak Ridge, Kevin's enthusiasm translates into unforgettable diving experiences for our guests. As a Dive Master at Seagrape, Kevin is dedicated to creating unforgettable diving experiences for guests of all levels. His expertise and enthusiasm ensure safe and enjoyable explorations of the underwater wonders.

Meet Nicholas Frith, Staff Instructor/EFR Instructor Trainer

Nicholas, or 'Nicho' as he prefers, is more than just an instructor – he's a passionate ocean advocate who thrives on sharing his love for the underwater world. Since joining Seagrape Dive Shop in November 2022, he has inspired over 350 individuals to discover the joys of diving. A seasoned professional, Nicho became a certified scuba dive trainer instructor in 2020 and further honed his skills in 2024 by obtaining his EFR Instructor Trainer and Staff Instructor certifications. He brings not only exceptional expertise but also a contagious enthusiasm that transforms every dive into an unforgettable adventure.

Ricardo Rankin - Dive Master

Roatán's north side native, Ricardo Rankin, ignites your passion for the underwater world as a dive master at Seagrape! Since joining the Seagrape crew in 2000, Ricardo has shared his infectious enthusiasm for the ocean. His deep connection to the water began right here in Roatán, where he grew up. Ricardo's local knowledge and boundless energy are guaranteed to make your Roatán dive an unforgettable experience.

Julissa Santos - Dive Master

Julissa is a passionate dive master in Roatan, Honduras. Born and raised on the island, she has a deep love for the ocean. Julissa's diving journey began in 2020 with Roagirls, a nonprofit organization that empowers local girls through diving education and certification. In 2024, she achieved her dive master certification and began working for Seagrape in December of the same year. Julissa is actively involved in marine conservation efforts, assisting the marine park with coral restoration projects. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and love for the underwater world with her guests, particularly when she discovers small, fascinating creatures like her favorite, drum fish.

Alli Wolf, Dive Master/Instructor

Alli started diving in 2016 when her and 4 of her family members all got certified over a christmas trip together! She fell more and more in love with diving until ultimately she left the US to pursue becoming a divemaster and instructor.

Captain Corvin Wesley

Captain Corvin Wesley has captained dive boats since 2009, navigating the waters around Roatan with skill and expertise. A native islander and grandson of the Seagrape Plantation Resort's owner, Corvin's deep connection to Roatan extends far beyond the shore. Despite overcoming the challenge of deafness, Captain Wesley's exceptional abilities have earned him a well-deserved reputation as one of the area's most respected captains. When you set sail with Captain Corvin at the helm, you can be confident in a safe and enjoyable journey.

Captain Michael Raymoon

Meet Michael, a seasoned Roatan native and one of our exceptional captains. His maritime journey began in 2012 at a glass-bottom boat company, quickly evolving into the complexities of dive boat captaining. A passionate scuba diver since 2013, Michael's deep connection to the ocean and love for driving boats shines through in every voyage.

Say hello to Captain Jason, the newest addition to the Sea Grape Dive Shop family! Having lived on Roatan his entire life, Jason is truly a local expert when it comes to these incredible waters. He's dedicated many years to captaining boats, and his genuine passion for the ocean shines through.
